Jennifer Adams brings 28 years of experience in mental health counseling and education to her role on the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition Board of Directors. As a counselor at Harpeth Hall School, Evolve Counseling Associates and now working at Montgomery Bell Academy in Admissions, she has led initiatives in volunteer work, advocacy, & community projects, helping to foster environments where individuals feel supported, connected, and empowered to navigate challenges they may face.  Jennifer is passionate about creating sustainable communities and building meaningful connections that strengthen both individuals and organizations and has been involved in serving on the boards for Women of Worth, One Schoolhouse, and Harpeth Hall, helping to create initiatives focused on education, empowerment, and opportunity. Jennifer has expertise in fundraising, community engagement, and strategic planning which supports TBCC in advancing its mission to be the foremost advocate and provider for Tennesseans facing breast cancer through individual assistance, education, and legislative action. Outside of her professional and board work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family, which reflects her belief in the power of community.   She is committed to fostering service, vision, and a deep belief in the power of community helping TBCC continue to make a lasting difference in the Tennessee.
