Jennifer Adams brings 28 years of experience in mental health counseling and education to her role on the TBCC Board of Directors. In her positions at Harpeth Hall, Evolve Counseling Associates, and currently at Montgomery Bell Academy, she has helped thousands of people grow and thrive.  Jennifer specializes in building meaningful relationships and engaging others right where they are in a safe, hope-filled space.    

Jennifer is passionate about building supportive communities and empowering others through education and advocacy. She has served on various non-profit boards including Women of Worth, One Schoolhouse, and Harpeth Hall, contributing to strategic, mission-driven initiatives.

Outside of her professional and service work, Jennifer values connection, balance, and lifelong learning.
