Karen Presley has more than 20 years of expertise in Human Resources Management. She's also given more than 10 years of her time and talent volunteering and serving on the TBCC Board of Directors.

 As a current Career Navigator at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc., she offers client-centered career coaching, workforce development, resource navigation, job readiness, skill development, relationship building and employer engagement.

 Karen is passionate about mission-driven work with a strong commitment to service and community impact. She is especially passionate about breast cancer advocacy through TBCC, as well as senior citizen ministry and initiatives that help them feel supported, valued, and empowered. 

Her expertise includes community outreach, hands-on program support, volunteer engagement, client advocacy, mission-focused consulting, collaboration and leadership.  

 Outside of her professional and board work, Karen enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, which reflects her belief that time spent exploring the world and investing in relationships is what creates a full, grounded and purposeful life.

 She's committed to fostering, collaborating, strengthening and sustaining the programs, partnerships and outreach of TBCC to ensure our organization continues to make a lasting and meaningful difference for Tennesseans facing breast cancer.
